Super current

There will be no Drop In group on Monday October 8th due to the Thanksgiving Holiday. happy Thanksgiving everyone! Group returns on October 15th at 9:30am at our regular location at Saanich Neighbourhood Place!

We are excited to be back, refreshed and renewed and ready to reconnect with all of the YPSN family! Our first drop in date is September 17th! Drop in hours have changed slightly to accommodate all of the programming, and will be from 9:30am until 11:30am on Mondays at Saanich Neighbourhood Place! Hope to see you there!

We've gone fishing! Well, maybe not actual fishing, but this year YPSN will be closed for the month of August to allow for staff vacation time! If you need emergency assistance in the meantime, please contact the Vancouver Crisis Line at 1-888-494-3888 or the KUU US Crisis Line at 1 800 588 8717 for Indigenous Elders, Adults and Youth. We will be back in September, well rested and refreshed, and ready to offer some great programs and one to one support! We look forward to seeing you again in September!

Featured YPSN profile

YPSN is excited to be featured in the new edition of the Victoria Foundation's PULSE magazine!

We are so grateful to Patrick Kelly and Carey Newman for supporting YPSN through the creation of the Sí:le Fund at the Victoria Foundation. Sí:le, which is the Halq’eméylem word for "grandmother” and “grandfather,” is a fund established as a legacy to the community in support of young parents, and one that ensures the conversation includes Indigenous voices.

THANK YOU on behalf of the entire YPSN Community! To contribute to the fund, follow this link https://www.canadahelps.org/en/dn/m/15332/donation and be sure to indicate Sí:le Fund in the message to Victoria Foundation!
